Hypocritical Dems, at it Again!!

Democrats at it again, I wonder if they actually believe in global warming and protecting the environment or are they just trying to capitalize on what’s vogue.  Dem. Debbie Cook is vying for the 46th Congressional District of California, running as strong, vocal leader of environmental issues.  In her private life she has done all the sheik and popular things to show that she “cares”; hybrid car, solar panels on the roof, and (best of them all) she takes her own cup to Starbucks; what a trooper.  Some how all this doesn’t translate to her investments.  She smartly invested in oil companies making anywhere from $322,031 to $3.16 million in total investments during 2007.  She states, “I don’t blame the oil companies.” Of course she doesn’t, because if she actually believed in the madness she would be fighting against oil, and not actually making money right along side of them.  

It’s hard to understand people that preach, environment this global warming that, because it seems they always find a way to contradict themselves.  Now, I’m not saying the environment isn’t important, because it certainly is.  I just find it ironic and appalling Debbie Cook is being hypocritical and is attempting to prey upon the uninformed environmental conscious people of Southern California. I question her motives in this era of hysteria over global warming.
