Mississippi Burning; Does the GOP have a solution

For the second time in May the GOP loses two Deep South House seats to Democrats who should not have had a chance. First, Louisiana loses a conservative (Republican-leaning) district and this week Mississippi sent a Democrat to Washington in similiar fashion. If the GOP doesn’t have a solution maybe Newt Gingrich’s will do until then.
