The California Supreme Court ruled that gays have a right to marry. It was a 4-to-3 decision which allowed California the second state after Massachusetts to allow same sex couples to marry.This will come up once or twice during the general election to be sure, and may show many that are still undecided what a liberal President in the White House, with Democrat majorities, is capable of.
