Ron Paul’s forces planning convention revolt against MCain

To say that Ron Paul and John McCain differ politically as well as philosophically is quite an understatement. To say that many in the Republican Party as well as conservatives find themselves less than enthused about supporting John McCain is well known. But are some really prepared to cause a humiliating public revolt at the Party Convention against McCAin?

Since the outset, Paul’s supporters have staged guerrilla-style tactics out of necessity. Paul was written off early and often by the media and within his own Party. The result, as in any situation similar, caused a passionate resolve and dedication (if not organized and sophisticated) from his followers. If Paul receives a prominent speaking part at the Convention we can expect fireworks. He has already refused to endorse McCain for President, and now it appears is more determined to continue his “R[evol]ution” and create a legacy for himself and the principles he put forth.
