It may be winding down for Senator Clinton. Today she is making her last efforts to convince the Party to count Michigan and Florida delegates. Things aren’t looking good. There are whispers she is accepting that she will probably have to concede the fact the race will be over after Tuesday. She has went so far as saying that she doesn’t see the point in continuing a summer long fight all the way to the convention.
“I think after the final primaries, people are going to start making up their minds. I think that is the natural progression that one would expect,”Mrs. Clinton told Montana reporters in a conference call.”I think that people will have to ask themselves those questions: Who would be the best president in terms of preparation and readiness and effectiveness, and who would be the stronger candidate? And I imagine that process will begin after the end of the last primaries.”
Meanwhile, rules committee will meet to try to determine the fate of the combined 313 delegates that were disqualified from the August convention.
