Obama claims copyright infringement on “Change”

Senator Obama objected to McCain’s claim the he would be the one bringing change to Washington.

Obama — taking umbrage at his opponents’ claims that he is all talk and that they would deliver true reform to Washington — urged voters not to be “fooled” by the McCain campaign’s declarations.

“I mean come on, they must think you’re stupid,” Obama said at a campaign stop in Terre Haute, Ind.

Obama emphasized that McCain couldn’t possibly be about change because he is a Republican and President Bush is a Republican, therefore, couldn’t possibly be an agent of change.

Besides, Obama talked about change first. He was doing it first and McCain is only talking about change because Obama is talking about change. And that ain’t fair!

“Since the beginning of this campaign, we’ve been talking about change. … We must be on to something, because I notice now everyone’s talking about change now.”

  1. Barack Obama is a buffoon.

We were all talking about change before he was born.

And we will be long after he’s been pushed out of the public stage.

Of course, given that he measures history as BO and AO — that is, Before Obama and After Obma — given that megalomaniac pathology and his general ignorance of history and most things, you cant’ blame the fellow.

  2. The preposterous disposition and elitist mentality by Obama and his type of liberals is amazing. He later said, “They must think you’re stupid or something…” No, Senator Obama just you.

I mean, is he actually using third grade psychology on voters?

  3. I’m for change. Take Iraq for example or Georgia, I changed stories three times in so many days. I’m Mister Change big time.

  4. change is what all politicians run on if they have nothing else. obama didn’t invent that. and it’s not a good thing anyway.

his “change” seems to be 1) skin color; 2) party; 3) ????? - couldn’t come up with a 3, since he’s so much closer to bush 3 than any other politician - vacuous, yet unwavering in his ideology and idiocy.

  5. Nice try McSame, but its a little too late for that. You voted on the same side as Bush on over 90% of the bills. You said you would stay in Iraq 100 years, big change there. If I am not mistaken you plan on keeping all the tax cuts to the rich that Bush has put in place. The far right wing and the 29% who still support Bush are all backing you, McSame. Your money supporters, big oil and the military industrial complex, are backing you as they do Bush. Nice try McSame, but as Obama said America isnt stupid.

Oh and CKA you are probably right, people who graduate at the top of their class from the best university in the United States are pretty ignorant. They probably never even took a history class as you suggest.

So saddened, you seemed to be having trouble with your 1,2,3 list so I will help you. 1. End war in Iraq 2. restore the tax on the rich 3. stop supporting big oil and the military industrial complex that have been running the country.

  6. special k repeats obama’s talking points and thinks that makes him smart. so very sad and so very gullible. will be kind and assume special will grow out of his ignorance. if not, i’m sure his parents will keep a special place in the basement for him.

  7. I wont address your personal insults because that is childlike and beneath me.

In reference to repeating Obama’s talking points, your previous post is just so easily refutable. Obama’s main policy points are in direct contradiction to Bush’s. Its not my fault that any “ignorant” person could have debunked what you said. There are other well educated Republicans on this site who have caused me to do research before I debated, but for that post it just wasn’t necessary.

  8. Ok,, here we go again. Special K, you call him McShame, man that sure is cute.. LOL
The fact that Obama or Soto or what ever the hell his name is will role back the Bush tax cuts scares the hell out of me. By raising the taxes on the people that create jobs in this country will only drive us down.. ask Jimmy Carter or are you in the belief that your side can do it better.

What ever!! Its really simple and people over complicate it. If you raise taxes on the folks that make or sell milk, bread, cloths, gas and any other products they will simply do the following, lay off employees to keep their profit margin up, transfer those tax hikes to you the consumer or move the job oversees and there is nothing the government can do about it. We are not socialist or communist, so the government can not control this. In his tax cuts Bush gave tax credits for jobs kept here and employees hired, wow, what a concept rewarding industry. He also lowered the revenue taxes on your private investments i.e, Roth IRA and traditional IRA’s.

He also opened up the opportunity for you to invest more, from 2,000 a year in 2001 to 6,000 by 2008. Let people make their own decisions with their money. I can go own and own, you need to learn these things for your self. “A government that gives you everything can take everything away!!”
